Program Terms, Waiver and Policies

These terms apply to every Soccer Home clinic, camp and program. By registering a player, the parent or legal guardian agrees to them.

Last updated October 29, 2026

1. Who runs our programs

Soccer Home programs are run by Soccer Home LLC and its coaches. Each program page lists the date, time, location, ages, price and number of spots.

2. Registration and payment

A spot is held once payment is complete. Spots are first come, first served. After registering, please complete the short player form so we have emergency contacts and health notes. If a program is full, email us to join the waitlist.

3. Refunds and cancellations

To cancel, email [email protected].

4. Assumption of risk

Soccer is a physical sport. Players run, change direction, collide, fall, and are struck by the ball. Injuries can happen, including sprains, fractures, and head injuries, even when everyone follows the rules and the coaches take care. I understand these risks and choose to let my player take part.

5. Release

To the fullest extent the law allows, I release Soccer Home LLC, its coaches, staff and volunteers, and the facility hosting the program, from claims for injury, illness, or loss arising from my player's participation, except where caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct. I agree that my player will follow the coaches' instructions and the facility's rules.

6. Medical care

I confirm my player is healthy enough to take part in physical activity, and I will tell the coaches about any condition, allergy, or medication that matters on the player form. If my player is hurt or ill and I cannot be reached right away, I authorize the coaches to arrange first aid and emergency medical care, and I accept responsibility for its cost.

7. Head injuries

If a coach sees any sign of a possible concussion, the player stops for the rest of the session and we contact the parent right away. A player does not return to activity that day.

8. Conduct

Players are expected to be good teammates: listen to the coaches, respect other players, and look after the equipment and the facility. A player whose behavior puts others at risk may be asked to sit out, and the parent will be contacted.

9. Drop off and pick up

Please have your player ready to start at the time on the program page, and pick up on time. Players stay with the coaches until a parent or an adult the parent named on the player form picks them up.

10. Photos and video

We may take photos and video at our programs and share them on Soccer Home's website and social media. If you would rather your player not appear, check "Opt out" on the player form and we will keep them out. We never publish a player's name or school. You can change your answer at any time by emailing us, and we will remove anything already shared.

11. Your information

We collect what we need to run the program safely: contact details, emergency contacts, and health notes. It is stored privately, used only for running our programs, and never sold or shared, except with medical responders in an emergency. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers. See our privacy page for more.

12. Questions

Email [email protected]. We are happy to talk through anything here before you register.
